Looking for a sponsorship opportunity with a long-standing social, civic, and charitable organization in the Canton, Michigan area? Our members are a diverse group of local residents who are professionals, business owners, and families. We are presently looking for 2010 – 2011 Neighbors Becoming Friends Individual Meeting sponsors, Tasty Treat Hospitality sponsors, and Fabulous Fellowship Event sponsors.

As a sponsor, you will have the ability to advertise to our members and be recognized as a supporter of our local non-profit organization whose motto is “where neighbors become friends”. Our members are interested in supporting our community, and we would love to have your organization become a sponsor. “Friendship and Fun” Sponsor – Benefits - $600.00/year

ü A one-page ad, located on the sought-after back cover, for all 10 issues of the “Canton Connection” newsletter published September - June and mailed to members, meeting guests, advertisers, and other interested parties.

ü Recognition of sponsorship on our website: cantonnewcomers.org

ü Recognition at each of our monthly general meetings.

ü Ability to place business cards on tables at each monthly general meeting.

ü Recognition in our annual Membership Directory.

ü Opportunity to be our special guest speaker at May’s monthly meeting on a related topic of wide interest. Topic necessitates Board approval.

ü A “Thank you” certificate from the Newcomers appropriate for display at your place of business.

“Fabulous Fellowship Events” Sponsor - Benefits - $325.00/year

ü One table for banner, product and business card display per “fabulous fellowship event” meeting.

ü ½ page ad for all four fabulous fellowship events published in September, December, March and June’s newsletters.

ü Recognition at the four monthly general meetings of sponsorship.

ü Recognition of sponsorship on our website: cantonnewcomers.org

ü A “Thank you” certificate from the Newcomers appropriate for display at your place of business.

ü 20% advertising discount for 6 other newsletter issues within the same Newcomer year.

Fabulous Fellowship events include: Season Kickoff/Welcome Back in September, Holiday Party in December,

Pizza/Bingo March Meeting, and June Family Picnic. These popular themed meetings produce record attendance.

ü Recognition at the monthly general meeting of sponsorship.

ü ½ page ad in monthly newsletter “Canton Connection” for the month of sponsorship.

ü 10% advertising rebate at the end of the Newcomer year for all additional advertising.

“Tasty Treats” - Hospitality Table Sponsor – provide a mix of Appetizers and/or Desserts for 75 members and guests

ü Company’s banner or sign displayed on the hospitality tables.

ü Recognition at the monthly general meeting of sponsorship.

ü Business card ad in monthly newsletter “Canton Connection” for the following month of sponsorship.

ü A “Thank you” certificate appropriate for display at your place of business.
